How the process works

1. Submit an application

Complete our online application form and tell us a little about your organisation.

2. Application review

Applications are reviewed by the Digital Fife trustees to ensure they meet the aims of the project.

3. Website setup

If your application is approved, we’ll create a starter website and provide login details.

4. Add your content

You’ll be able to review the site, make changes and add your own information before it goes live.

5. Launch your website

Once you’re happy with the content, your website can be published for the public to view.

Before you apply

Website editors are responsible for keeping their website content accurate and up to date.

We recommend reading the Digital Fife User Agreement before submitting an application, as it outlines the responsibilities of website editors and the support provided by Digital Fife.
