Working with Images
Images help make your website more welcoming and engaging. This guide explains how to upload images, add them to your pages and follow some simple best practices.
Before you begin
Before uploading an image, make sure it:
- is clear and good quality
- is one you have permission to use
⚠ Having trouble uploading an image?
The most common cause of upload problems is an incorrect file name.
Before uploading, check that your file name:
- doesn’t contain special characters (such as &, %, !, ? or brackets)
- doesn’t contain double spaces
- is short and descriptive
