How can I join the group?
You can join via the Contact Us page on our webpage, by accessing us on Facebook or by sending an email to the group e-mail abbotskeep@yahoo.com The Committee will respond to your request as soon as they can.
Can I be a committee member?
Yes, once you have joined the group you can request to join the committee, new committee members are always welcome. And new office bearers are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Can I attend committee meetings?
You can attend general meetings if you are a member of the group. You can attend the AGM as a non-member.
Can non-members attend events?
Yes, all residents and their guests are very welcome to attend events. A programme of events and activities will be posted on the website once firm dates have been agreed.
Does the group accept financial donations?
Yes, we would be very grateful for any financial donations which can be paid directly into the group bank account. Our account details are available on request from out treasurer.
Does the group have a procedure to manage complaints?
Yes, our procedure for managing complaints is outlined in our Constitution which can be downloaded from our website.
Does the group have a data protection policy?
Yes, we take the protection of personal data very seriously and our Data Protection Policy can be download from our website.
