Welcome to Abbots Keep and Carnegie Park

The Abbots Keep and Carnegie Park estate consists of 94 houses and 12 apartment blocks built by Persimmon Homes in 2008 and is accessed off Trondheim Parkway, Dunfermline. The six streets in the estate are called Trondheim Parkway, Osprey Crescent, Harrier Court, Kestrel Way, Fulmer Drive and Shearwater Crescent.

The Residents’ Association was formed in July 2025 following concerns about a change of factor and the rising cost associated with the management of the estate. All residents were requested to support the new residents committee that was elected at the inaugural Annual General Meeting in September 2025. The committee meets regularly to discuss and resolve any issues.
