Accessibility by people with visual impairments and other disabilities is built into Digital Fife.
Features such as screenreader compatibility, user control of font size and contrast, the facility to read aloud pages and automatic translation ensure Digital Fife websites can be used by all.
Digital Fife websites consistently score highly on internationally recognised accessibility tests.
Digital Fife promotes the use of the internet through work with community groups. We offer websites to these groups to promote their work, online learning and be part of a like minded community. Digital Fife is a Scottish Charity with a Board of Trustees and is run by volunteers.
Websites are free to Fife community organisations. The tools provided allow the construction of attractive websites with advanced features to be designed and built without special software and without the need for specialist IT knowledge.
Community groups can use their websites to spread their message, keep in touch with their members, attract new members, run surveys and publish documents and videos. Click "Join Here" below to complete the online application form.
